Physical Activity at Home

Here you will find many resources to support you staying active in your own homes! With the help of the West Leeds School Sports Partnership, we are able to stay connected and access sport specific activities for all ages.

Of course we would like to see what you are all up to so don't forget you can send your pictures into secretary@whingate.com for your photos to be uploaded onto the Physical Activity Gallery (found by hovering over the Physical Activity tab).

You can also find the Leeds Rhinos weekly activities on the new Leeds Rhino tab as well as other useful links to other online recources.

Thank you for your continuing support and efforts! If you need anything at all, just ask.
